Make a Qualifying Purchase

Spend $150 or more at any of our participating stores to qualify for entry.

Submit Your Entry Online

Fill out the online entry form with the following information:

1. Name
2. Phone Number
3. Email Address
4. Store Name
5. Receipt Number

For every $150 spent in a single transaction, you earn 1 entry.

Each person is allowed a maximum of 10 entries per transaction (for transactions of $1,500 or more).

Receipt Verification

1. The uploaded receipt must match the details provided in your entry form.
2. If selected as a winner, you must present the original receipt for verification.
3. Entries with mismatched information will be deemed void and disqualified.

Contest Limitations

1. Only one entry form submission per transaction.
2. Multiple transactions are permitted as long as each qualifies with a minimum spend of $150.

Deadline

1. The contest entry deadline is December 31st, with the final weekly winner announced shortly after.

Disclaimer

Weekly Winners

1. There will be weekly winners drawn between November 18th and December 31st.
2. Winners will be announced every week and contacted via email or phone.
